Interior

Inside the property there is a kitchen/diner, a good size living room, as well as a downstairs cloakroom. The living room has large picture windows and a log burner. Whilst upstairs there is a large landing with seating and views towards the loch, a double bedroom with king size bed, a twin room and a bathroom.

Exterior

Outside there is access to a large enclosed garden in front of the property. There is also a seating area immediately in front of the cottage, as well as parking for two cars. Both the garden and the seating area have fantastic views along the valley.

The owners live on the main part of the steading, next door to the cottage and are always happy to help answer questions or resolve any issues. They moved into the steading in May 2022 and took over running Kiltyrie cottage, which has been a holiday cottage for more than 10 years.

The cottage and steading have one immediate neighbour, but is otherwise surrounded by National Trust land.
